This policy only applies to retail orders placed directly on our online storefront (

If you receive a damaged or defective product when ordering on our online store, you may return it for a full refund or exchange of product within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Conditions for returns/exchanges:

  • the return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
  • the item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
  • the item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition
  • the item must have been purchased directly from our online store,
  • the item must not have been marked 'FINAL SALE' at the time of purchase
  • gift cards cannot be returned
  • only product costs and associated taxes will be refunded: original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • US customers: we provide prepaid USPS return labels for your convenience at a flat cost of $5.99, which will be deducted from the refunded amount to your original form of payment. However, this $5.99 shipping cost will be waived if you choose to receive the refund amount as a store credit (does not expire). Please specify that you would like to receive the refund as a credit in any 'Notes' input box on the return form, and we will process the refund by adding a store credit to your online profile/account associated with your order's email address
  • Canada & International: the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs, duty clearance into the USA, and providing a tracking number to MON AMI's support email.


Requesting a Return

To return items you purchased online at

1. Please visit your online account by clicking the profile button on the top right corner of any page (or visit this link) and log in with the email address used to place your order

2. Select the order number including the items you would like to return, and click 'Request Return'. Specify your reasons for return and add a note for "refund via store credit" if you would like to waive the return shipping fee of $5.99

3. We will review your request for refund and send an email confirming the exact refund amount, as well as a separate email with the prepaid USPS return label (if applicable). If you accept the displayed refund amounts, please securely pack your items, print and affix the label to the outside of your package (we recommend using the original shipping packaging), and drop off at your local USPS office

4. Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment (or store credit to your online account, if requested)

5. If you are unable to initiate a refund online, want to make an exchange, or have questions, please email us at with the subject "Return Request for Order #[order num]"


If you purchased your product from other retailers, websites, or third parties, we cannot process the refund/exchange and suggest that you contact the location or retailer that you purchased from.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days after confirmation of receipt from our warehouse. Please note that there may be delays from your card issuer or financial institution.
