MON AMI® Return Policy
This policy only applies to all orders placed on the retail store: monami-designs.com.
If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange of product within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
For an item to be eligible for return:
- the return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
- the item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- the item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition
- the item must have been purchased directly from our online store, www.monami-designs.com, and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt
- the item must not have been marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase
We regret that we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
If you bought your product from a retail distributor, other website, or third party, we cannot process the exchange and suggest you contact the location or company you purchased from.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days after confirmation of receipt from our warehouse. Please note that there may also be delays with your credit card provider.
Requesting a Return
To return or exchange items you purchased online at www.monami-designs.com:
1) Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a request for a Return Authorization (RA). The subject of your email should be “Return Authorization Request: Order #[order number]”. Please ensure that your items satisfy the conditions of return outlined above and describe the specific issue with the items you would like to return.
2) If a Return Authorization is approved, please securely pack your items and enclose a note requesting refund or exchange, including your name, order number, address, phone number, and email address. Please also include a printed receipt/proof of purchase from www.monami-designs.com. We will communicate additional instructions in our return authorization email.
3) Ship via a trackable method (with a carrier such as USPS, UPS or Fedex) to the address specified in the return authorization email.
4) If we have not received the return package after 2 weeks, we may ask you to provide a tracking number as proof of delivery before issuing a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and have still not received a refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
