Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include tracking information on your order. If you do not receive email confirmation within 2 business days of your order, please email email@example.com and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account.
Orders are processed 24-48 hours after they are placed. We do not offer same day shipping. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. Once processed, standard UPS and FEDEX delivery commitments will apply. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
